Abstract:The effective implementation and further promotion of people-oriented integrity education require scientific and appropriate methods. By taking the “real individual”as the fundamental starting point, focus and final value end and abiding by the principles, concepts and attitudes of the people-oriented viewpoint, the subject interactive dialogue educational method emphasizes the interactions,dialogues and experiences between the educators and educatees, and the effective application of this method is able to enormously enhance the positive effects of people-oriented integrity education.

As to the people-oriented integrity education, both educators and educatees are subjects of educational activities, and they are “real individuals”of their own personality, character and subjective initiatives. Subject interaction refers to the interactive, respectable, equal and coordinated situation established between the educators and educatees in the process of integrity education practice. Subject interactive dialogue educational method refers to a method for integrity education formed by means of dialogues, communications, discussions, analyses, emotional experience, coaching and regulations between the educators and educatees in the process of their interactions and communications.
The effective application of the subject interactive dialogue educational method requires the educators and the educatees to pay attention to the following two key phases. First, equal communications and bilateral interactions between the two sides need to be strengthened. Only in the interactional atmosphere of mutual respect, mutual recognition, mutual understanding, friendliness, equality, harmony and ease can the educators create for the educatees a loose, pleasant and learning environment in which the educational goals and contents will be instilled into the educatees via specific interactional activities. And they will he become the educatees’permanent state of mind, ideas and behioral habits when they affirm and internalize them through self-identification, self-tranormation and self-acceptance. The inheritance of spiritual products like thought and ideology is the process of thought exchanges and emotional interactions between the educators and educatees. Thus, when strengthening the interactions between the educators and educatees, it is also necessary to strengthen the communications and interactions of thoughts, concepts and emotions between the educators and educatees so as to create interactional and harmonious interpersonal relationships, to constantly improve the educatees’sense of identity and belonging of the integrity education and to improve affinity and cohesion.
